Building Pathways Together
Employers work in tandem with SFCC to create learning intensives, as well as certification pathways and training badges that meet their unique qualifications for new and current employees.
For underemployed or unemployed workers, PROTEC provides a foundation to build from and helps students gain the skills they needed for better paying jobs and meaningful work. |
PROTEC Outcomes
Learning is a lifetime profession - PROTEC connects students with the value of acquiring a credential that increases their options for professions that increase their living standards and fulfill their goals.
Industry Credentials are stepping stones - An industry credential verified by an employer and/or an educational institution is one step in the hiring process. It takes active participation between employer, trainer and worker to build frameworks for community success.
PROTEC participates in digital badging which allows students to showcase their credentials to employers easily and employers can easily identify the skills a potential employee has earned through the digital badging process.
