Facilitators:
Katherine Fox Ehlert, MM, CMP
Fox teaches customer relations as Instructor and Coordinator of the SFCC Hospitality and Tourism Program. As a hospitality and tourism expert, she has spoken at national and international hospitality conferences in Las Vegas, Chicago, Dallas and Geneva.
Ken Everingham
Everingham has an MA in Human Resource Development from George Washington University and an M.Ed. in Counseling from George Mason University. He has more than 20 years’ experience designing and delivering creative problem-solving and innovative training programs.
R. Thaddeus Lech
Thaddeus (Ted) Lech works for the NM Department of Workforce Solutions and has been on campus since 2015 working directly with students and employers in the Healthcare Industry. He is now involved campus-wide to help students in all disciplines. From 2006-2015, he worked as the Workforce Investment Act Representative for Santa Fe, assisting unemployed New Mexicans to return to work through career development and job re-training. Utilizing One-on-One and classroom workshops, Ted makes sure his clients have the best possible preparation to land the jobs they want.

Betsy Walker
Walker has been teaching computer skills at SFCC since 1989, helping individuals learn how to comfortably and efficiently get work done on their PCs. During that same time, she has had a private computer tutoring business working with private individuals, small businesses, and state offices.
Jennifer Nevarez
Nevarez is a professional educator and founder of the Community Learning Network, an educational nonprofit dedicated to "building stronger communities through real-life learning" and steward of the New Mexico TechWorks initiative to "expand Tech access and education and increase Tech enterprise and employment in New Mexico." Jennifer Nevarez will be facilitating Tech trainings during the ProTec program and is serving as the ProTec Coordinator.
